blvckroses @1973babygirl I would attempt to clean before shipping out and you can also attempt to clean when you receive. But worst case scenario, we can’t get them out and this is what it would look like.

luvlesslez @blvckroses if it's mainly on the white sole, Mr. clean sponges, toothpaste, if u worry about hurting the rest of the shoe's color make paste with water n baking for a thicker consistantcy and use a rougher toothbrush from like a dollar store & it works wonders cleaning the white parts w/o hurtin the color if u stay on the white. Also if they're rubber soles n it's stubborn use a white pencil eraser first. Black shoes either use a sharpie or charcoal paste 😉 Hope it helps ♡
