Off shoulder puff sleeves dress polka dot S/M

This is something you’d wear on a weekend getaway. It’s fine and super thin and unlined but feels like a faux rayon. It’s fun and great - loose fitting- also if you’re pregnant but don’t want to wear maternity clothes. Hem is mullet style, longer in back and then shorter front. Feels like a mini train vibe but the back does NOT touch the floor. Back hem goes to lower claves and the front is midi. Above shin Size S/M color brown
