New without case and box with defects. Defects being the left ear arm is slightly bent. Because these do not have a case there may be light scuffs on lenses or frames but we didn't see any scratches or anything to note. See pictures. LOVE the shape and thicker two tone colors and shapes of these frames and dark lenses! Great 80's vintage vibe!!! Super cool!!! =)
