wildine27 @psourinthone my apologies for the late reply . I just saw your comment . It fits more like a 3 T. It will be a bit loose on a little one who is a size 2T . I used a safety pin to adjust top , and the skirt you can tie it a bit tighter to fit a 2T. I hope this helps 😊
