Vintage Blue 1960’s skater dress/brief 10/12

1960’s vintage handmade skater mini with built in briefs. Zipper in the back as well as the cuffs for a fitted tailored look. The fabric is a matte rayon. In excellent vintage condition. One very light spot on the sleeve.(pictured)
