It has a silver leash clip closure into O ring one side fixed on the other. This bag has color matched leather Coach hangtag,  zippered top with leather pull and the "Coach Leatherware Est. 1941" name plate embossed on the side. Inside, it has a slip pocket with the Coach creed and serial number (No. E050-7542). The inside is lined in fabric. Clip can be undone and then attached to fixed side ring for strap to convert into a wristlet (See last image). NOTE: Some normal usage discoloration on piping of bag. Close up image to show.
