pa218 @christinaflo134 Hi, just wanted to clarify. Does the boots have a memory foam sole? And also are the boots new? I’m looking at the description of the item and comparing to the pictures.

christinaflo134 @pa218 Hi, these boots do have a memory foam sock as stated in the description. I purchased them brand new from the store, I believe what you may be referring to could be lint on the soles. It is possible that someone else could've tried them on in the store. I personally did not try these on as they are not my size. Thank you for your interest.
