Vintage 1984 Olympics keychain

Vintage 1984 Olympics Games Los Angeles keychain. Some writing has worn off where it says 1980 LA Olympic Committee. On the back and bottom, has some discoloration. Has been cleaned but does not come off. 2 x 1 inches. Key ring says Lansa Swiss Patent...Anyone collect these? Not sure this can hold keys safely--more of a collectible.
