Amazing, almost new condition! Very slight/subtle scuffs (see photos) but otherwise in nearly mint condition! Doc Marten vibes, for sure! I would totally rock these myself but they are just a wee bit too small for me (I typically wear a size 9). When I looked up the European vs. American size chart, it says size 38 equates to a 7.5/8...I can get the shoes on my feet but they are definitely too small...hopefully that helps for sizing questions!
