This adorable high-waisted gingham mini skirt has two front pockets and two back pockets like a Jean skirt and belt loops. It is made by Compagnie Internationale Express which is a line Express did sometime around the early to mid 00s. The pattern is a black and white check. Zip closure with button in front. Size 7. High waist (sits right on your waist) and hits mid thigh. The waist measures 14” flat across (28” around) and doesn’t have stretch, so please check against measurements of a skirt that fits you well to ensure a good fit! This was my absolute favorite skirt to wear out with sheer black tights, heeled boots, and a silk sweater.
