Hi🙂, I just got my earrings in the mail and I love them! Unfortunately one arrived broken. 😢 I wasn’t sure how to reach out about it. @trashleyblaine thank you for letting me know…🤔 this has not happened before, so I’m gonna take a guess, try opening a “case” with Poshmark and state that it’s broken and you would like a replacement. Then they can give us further instructions.

@ly_n hi, yes, I am just seeing this. Poshmark will force me to accept the order if I didn’t open a case within so many days. I am trying to make sure I describe it so Poshmark knows that it was broken in shipping and not your fault. Thanks for the comments you left on the case I opened. I feel like they make it kind of hard to solve the simplest of problems.

@trashleyblaine oh wonderful! I’m so glad they arrived safely! 🤔 about the review, I’m honestly not sure. Was there an email from the first pair that you got alerting you that item arrived? Maybe in that original email there’s a link to leave “feedback” or review(??)

@ly_n I did get an email with a tracking number. It said to confirm that I got them when I did, but it didn’t say where to do that. ??? I left a comment on the case review that everything was great, and I would like to leave a review. I guess I will wait and see if they let me leave the review after they “close” the case?
