Navy chiffon Bill Levkoff gown

Chiffon strapless navy blue gown with a sweetheart neckline. Optional straps shown in last photo. They're attached with a hook and eye closure. Criss-cross pleats accent the bodice. Inverted front pleats adorn the skirt. Worn as a bridesmaid dress. Size 8. Bust= 36.5 in Waist= 29.5 in Dress was not hemmed. I wore high heels. I am 5 ft. 8 in.
