amandashur @lil0108 have you uploaded your payment info & shipping address into poshmark? That may be why the offer isn’t going through. Otherwise I’d recommend contacting poshmark support. FWIW in my experience as a buyer, the promos like free or discounted shipping don’t apply when you make an offer.

lil0108 You were right/ initially I didn’t put in the shipping/billing info. It’s bizarre though because it did tell me my offer was submitted. I likely won’t use Poshmark in the future- it’s not user friendly. Thanks for your patience.

amandashur @lil0108 sorry you did not have a good experience. It seems like the Posh platform was having some technical issues today; that's the first I've ever encountered that as a seller or a buyer. Sellers on the platform do not have control over the buyer's transaction and we can't control any discounts other than the ones that we offer on a specific item.
