True Vintage 70s Union Made Black Floral Dress

True Vintage 70s Union Made Fit & Flare Long Sleeve Dress in black with multicolor floral pattern. No size tag but would fit a Medium best. Has high round neckline, full circle skirt and back zip closure. It has two thin belt loops on the sides so you can accessorize with a matching belt (does not come with belt). The skirt has a thin discolored lined but it’s not too noticeable, see photo. It’s in really good condition for being a true vintage dress.
