DAMAGED - Cute boho handmade skirt

Free People for exposure, BUT I have seen a FP dress in this fabric, and I'm convinced someone deconstructed it and made it into this skirt!! Stretchy waist, see pics for measurement unstretched and stretched. Comes just below knee on me. Is like a heavy cotton crepe type fabric, not see thru and slightly textured. Slightly off white with black print, indigo, yellow and fuchsia pink. A few spots of damage near the hem, pictured; maybe a bleach spill? Three faded spots and a small hole. Priced accordingly!
