H&M Blue Vest

Beautiful light blue/grey color side tie vest. Size M but it fits generously since it is open in the side and ties. Perfect for office over a blouse or top. Measures 20’ from underarm to underarm and 28’ from shoulder to end of top. New never used. From H&M this year.
