Shoulder pads, and belted waist!? It's soft, vintage condition leather, a bit of fading on the top of the right arm. Look at the SNAPS, right? Heavy duty, signature and perfect. Belted waist, in the same contrasting design leather that is on the shoulders. Size Medium. No actual shoulders seams, but it measures about 19." The wing sleeves, make for a 26" length across the chest, from arm pit to arm pit. Bottom about 18" across without belt fastened. Full length about 25," and arms from collar to sleeve edge is 28." 100% leather outer, nylon/acetate lining. 100% filler, that's referring to the added pad to the shoulders.
