White by Vera Wang black dress size 4 NWT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jennclothes. Bought several dresses for a wedding and did not wear this one. I am just over 5’ tall and boy oh boy is this too long for me. I’d say if you’re 5’8” or taller this will look amazing and fit well lengthwise. I’m open to offers and hoping to get at least close to what I paid for it. Questions? Leave a comment below!
