Vintage Dress

EUC adorable vintage 80s does Victorian dress by brand Melissa Lane. It features long sleeves, lovely lace ruffle collar, and elastic waist. No content or size label. Fabric of top feels like a polyester and skirt is velvety. Top is slightly see through and may need a cami/ slip. Probably had a belt at some point, but is missing so you can use ribbon or another belt if desired. The measurements are: Bust- 38” Waist- 23.5-29” Hip- 41” Sleeve- 24.5” Total length- 42” Modern size chart has been added for comparison.
