Studio by Capezio dance shorts

I purchased these shorts and they did not fit. They are brand new, never been worn. These shorts come from the STUDIO by Capezio collection and are no longer made. They have a thick waistband and cute mesh underlayer. They are teal colored and a size Small (see pics for measurements). Please ask me questions if you have any:)
