Smoke-free home. Nine west. Heel is about 4" to 4.5" high. Bought from The nine West store. No zipper. Most of the boot is brown suede but from the ankle to the toe it's brown leather. Absolutely gorgeous boots.

@cherllyb I took the stuffing out of them and laid them flat and then measured across. also from the outside of the heel to the leather is 4 in. from the inside they are 3 in. and then from the top of the heel to the top of the boot measures almost 15 in of the calf... about 14.75. so if you measure from the bottom of the heel all the way to the top of the calf the total height of the boot is 18.75
