pammin @maggienegley sorry for my delay: measurements 15 inches, 15 inches, 16 inches, and 38 inches. It is very form fitting with a bit of spandex so it moves. The length is 38 inches from shoulder to hem. I could not find any flaws. It has barely been worn.
