Key-hole Peplum Dress

Worn once in excellent condition. It features a key-hole lace back with a scoop neck in the front and peplum at the waist. Material is very comfortable and a little bit stretchy. Perfect with heels for fall and winter to a wedding or black tie event! Size 4, fits more like a 2! Again there is stretch so if you are concerned, don’t be!
