Flattering wrap dress, dark navy blue & white polka dots Casual Corner Sexy

Casual Corner wrap dress, dark navy blue with white polka dots. Label is faded but I can read Made in the USA and 100% Rayon. I can't make out the size but my guess it is a size 10 or 12 as that is the size of most of my dresses were from the 80's. I wish I was that size now to model this dress as it was one of my favorites and is so comfy and flattering but was still great for business wear. Very hard to photograph to catch style of this dress. It has padded shoulders but they can easily be removed. Elastic waist with wrap tie that ties to the side and closes the front which has a collar but no buttons or snaps. I used to pin it so I wouldn't have a dress malfunction. Back slit is about 6". some measurements lying flat: Elastic waist measures 12" not stretched, 21" stretched to the max. Sleeves from shoulder to wrist measure 22" Length from waist to bottom hem is 23" 100% rayon, washable and dryable. Made in the USA
