@lolojones01 Hello! no not as of now. I used to take custom orders but discontinued using doing so for time with my little one and less stress! And now just solely sell my chosen items on my platforms that I work on or convert. So at this time I'm not taking in items to work on, and only selling inventory, over custom orders, I apologize!

@violetaa94 Here! I added my email correspondence with Posh back when they made the changes! (The last photo!) I didn't receive any option to opt out they just told me I was a verified reseller now and all my items will go straight to my buyers!
But if you read the second email screenshot where I question what if people still want physical authentication they said they can do virtually or in house! I would think you just have to contact

Or if you do the virtual im assuming they'll have you take photos of the date code tag and end leather as I have pictured, etc! Unfortunately I had no choice in them stopping my items from routing to Posh HQ first and making me a verified reseller. I was very confused at first when they did it without any warning or heads up

@fwolfsohn Hello!๐ค if you're asking about the Louis Vuitton Dame, it's actually dyed and not painted! I use leather dye that penetrates the leather versus leather paint thats only a topical application, and doesn't go deep into the leather. If I do have any item that is leather paint instead of dye it will definitely be specified as such!
And all of my items/the Dame is dyed with alcohol based permanent black leather dye and sealed with a Resolene sealant!

do you by chance know how to repair or DIY ? my LV base is coming apart but the leather is in great shape and donโt want to chuck it. LV said it was also too much of a risk to damage. any suggestions? thanks!

@rockwallclimbr Hello! So if it is the bottom of the bag/bottom piping, there isn't a ton that you can do DIY-wise. Depending on how bad it is you could purchase professional grade leather glue for a temporary water-proof hold. If it's more severe and LV doesn't want to mess with it, usually I recommend people look up a local leather cobbler!

@rockwallclimbr Usually a cobbler is willing to work on and repair harder/more severe issues for a lot less as well! So it may be worth going to someone in your area with the bag so they can take a look at it and maybe give you an idea if it's repairable by them! :)

Hello! Love your store and what you do. Wondering if you could tell me more about how you restore scratched hardware on YSL wallets? Everything Iโve read focuses on tarnish but not on scratches for gold logo hardware? Do you buff it out? Apply lacquer? Repaint? Thank you in advance for your response!

@rbeaulieu hello! ๐ค Scratching on hardware won't go anywhere unfortunately, and I only use cleaning products on them to shine them/remove tarnish etc like you said. I would think the only way to get rid of actual scratches into metal would be to replace the whole logo somehow. But as far as what I do on metal I only deep clean metals/and scratches will always just remain, some are deeper and more noticeable and hairline ones aren't usually as visible after cleaning I'd say!

@rbeaulieu And any sort of logo that has already been lacquered, like the black on black series of YSL, some are matte and some are more shiny that I've seen, but there are times I re-lacquer those black on black logos when it's spots that need it, but as far as the shiny metal logos they always just stay as is w/their scratches and just get cleaned up ๐ Everyone uses different products if any, so if you had a lacquer logo I would just research different products and videos to help!

@carliep91 thank you for your response! It did appear to me through research thereโs not much you can do with scratched metallic logo I.e. gold. They scratch so easily too! You would think hardware would come with protectors. I do see thatโs an option for the future through an outside company, buying protectors formatted for the specific style. Thanks again for your insight!

@rbeaulieu Yes of course!! and you're 100% right! they have the little blue protector on their zipper pulls so you'd think they'd sell them with clear ones for the logo because they do scratch with the slightest touch!! Its my pleasure!! I hope you can keep everything shiny and hopefully less visible with whatever you're working on! ๐ค They're such a stinker to work with sometimes!

@athaliahd119 Hello! All items go through paid authentication before they get posted, as part of my responsibility as a verified reseller partner w/Poshmark Authentication. Your bag has a printed COA in the box from the paid authentication as well, and it's tag COA from TRR! Posh also offers virtual authentication (per the screenshot email info above from Posh regarding being a verified reseller) if you want a 3rd authentication as well!

@athaliahd119 If you want a 3rd one from them, you get that option after you receive the package, that is w/you and Posh/buyer requested! If you read their info up there they say buyers can get a virtual authentication. But there is a printed certificate of authenticity in your package from the paid authentication & the tag from TRR coa inside the wallet from purchase as well, and it has gone through 2 rounds of authentication!

@athaliahd119 Also everything that's included is always listed in the written description, so if there's a corresponding hard card or anything that would be in the description, there is no hard card w/this wallet per the description! But has the printed certificate, tag, etc as listed in the description! And then you can do what you'd like w/Posh as well if you want a 3rd! To my knowledge from what they say that is offered to you after its received from a verified reseller!

@athaliahd119 Yes! You have a physical certificate in the box!! It has a scannable QR code on the cert as well! So it'll be in your package on top, and the tag coa is inside the wallet! No problem at all! It's always good to ask!! And then posh can do another for you as well after you get it if you want another!๐
