Black twill skirt suit

Classic with a twist! Double lapels are a subtle and elegant feature of this single breasted jacket. Three covered buttons (same fabric), welt pockets, princess seams, plain sleeves. Jacket measure 15” shoulder to shoulder, 22” center back seam, sleeve is 21.5” long. Skirt has 1” wide waistband with button closure, double darts in front and back, 4” center back vent, measures 19” long. Right sleeve has two flaws at hem: ill-defined spot and streaky white spot. Not sure what they are but looks like could be removed by a professional. Suit jacket label shows stain. Size says 4, but this has been altered to fit a 5’1” woman so I am listing it as a petite.
