Vintage 16 mm silver Elsa Peretti open heart necklace with a diamond. It’s in good condition with minor scratches as seen on the photos. Note, the diamond is through and through and can be seen on both sides of the necklace, unlike the new one only at the front, also the chain is thicker. It looks more shiny in person. Will come with the pouch and box.
