Betsey Johnson Dress Size 2

Adorable blue & white strapless Betsey Johnson dress. Size 2. Purchased for full price at the Bestey Johnson store on Newbury Street in Boston when it was still there. Material is 97% cotton & 3% Lycra. There is a tulle lining that gives the skirt volume. The top has boning in it and there is a zipper down the back. It came with detachable straps which I no longer have. It looks adorable strapless! Offers welcomed. Please ask all questions before purchasing.
