Hey all, beware of Loungefly scammer accounts ! Lately it seems like so many are cropping up and posh isn't keeping up. Please report all scammers and leave comments on scam listings to alert your fellow poshers !! What to look for
1. New accounts with no info, no love notes etc.
2. Seller doesn't respond to inquiries
3. Pay attention lots of photos are being re used in various scammer listings !!
Hope this helps someone out! I've unfortunately been scammed and don't want it to happen to anyone else! 🙂

Some scammers do respond back. They are just very selective of what they will respond to.

@desertcuty i know!! same here...so annoying! especially since the added that "keep posh in tip top shape" thing where it asks you to review listings, and somehow none of the scammer listings are up 4 review....

@missflamingo Right! It is crazy how bad it is. I messaged Poshmark about the listings that utilized my pictures and they had me submit the original photographs from my phone and said they would take those down.
It is something 🤷🏽♀️ but messed up because that is not a solution as I will have to keep submitting requests and not an option for unsuspecting sellers. @rican0902 I don't know how you keep up with it all. Again it is very much appreciated 💖💖💖

@missflamingo Yeah, I didn't know if they would do anything but it was nice to have them actually take action on it.
They definitely are not equipped to deal with it. Wow! I didn't think they would try higher end items because of rhe authenticity check! It is unfortunate because people will shop less if the platform is associated with scamming 😱😱 Hopefully they can figure something out to combat the problem.
Until then just have to be extra vigilant 🙂

@sugarpixiespond the scammers make sure to list them between under $500. They typically range the price between $200-$300ish.

Ha! I feel you. They really do make you lose it 😂. Especially the exclusives that pop up. I'm like I need that!!! There have been a handful of them that I had to break out of bagjail temporarily for.

I was scammed by EPaige1990 who sold me an OLD moldy blender inside of a box that was supposed to be a brand new nutribullet. When I received it,I tried to contact her and was blocked‼️.So I contacted poshmark n she pretended she didn’t block me smh & claimed she was “restricted” bc of my report lol I said I didn’t report you until AFTER I saw you blocked me. She insulted my intelligence & PM won’t issue my refund until the scammer gets her garbage back. Absurd how ppl like this get to sell here

I'd report it as fraud to your credit card company. posh "customer service " is lacking for sure. one of hhe times i got scammed, I was sent a empty cell phone case when it was supposed to be bag. I reported it under order problems and submitted photos. they made me send it back to her but I did get my money back

@missflamingo that’s absolutely insane, I’d be furious which I’m certain you were. Imagine what it feels like to wait over 10 days for something to ship in the 1st place, finally receive it & it’s an old, moldy blender in a nutribullet box. I couldn’t believe it. So I opened up a case with my bank, they’re investigating. I have no time to go to the post office b4 it closes to Mail back her junk, honestly. Poshmark is no help.

@missflamingo it’s one thing when there’s an honest mixup, but this was blatant deception. For me to have to tape back up the smelly box, find time to go to the p.o, lug it is super inconvenient. I am super busy during the day. & Anyone with eyes and integrity can see what she clearly did was an act of fraud and she was hoping I wouldn’t say anything, which is a sign of insanity if you ask me.

I’ve sent Poshmark several scam accounts and they’re still up. They don’t care. They even kept up the one that used a dead woman’s pic and sold a bunch of UGG boots that didn’t exist. They still did absolutely nothing. I recommend people don’t bother wasting their time reporting!

@missflamingo the pic was stolen from a dead cancer patient…I not only told them but had pics proving it. They did absolutely nothing. The account is still up. As someone who is terminally ill from cancer, I was more than upset.

yes, the Peter Pan bag you saw me comment on is a scammer account. They removed both of our comments. I am probably blocked by another scammer. I couldn't even tell you how many scammers have blocked me. 😂
