Cream Tulle Net Full Skirt

Tulle skirt is full, ballerina style in cream color. Four layers of tulle net plus lining. Elastic waistband measures 12” across when flat and un-stretched. Has lots of give. Length is 27” from top to bottom. We added the light gray sash at back to make a bow.
