Vintage 90s/Y2K bias cut skirt. Black with magenta and mauve roses. Natural waist. Elastic waist band. Fits smooth though waist and hips. Bias cut flares gently at hem. Accordion pleat at hem. Fully lined. Polyester. No stretch to fabric. Tea length. Designer label has been removed. Vintage size 12, fits more like a modern size 8/10. Please see measurements.
