CHARLOTTE RUSSE TOP This is a beautiful shoulder sham. No that's not a real term I just don't know what else to call this but it is beautiful. It's entirely sheer and it has two buttons that button it up in the front and a tie in the back. I threaded it through the holes It wasn't like that but it kept getting stuck up under the garment so I'll leave it like that for your convenience. You can always change that.
