mlamolinara I can’t remember, but I’m pretty sure it is . since it’s double sided, the tag was removed. But I can tell you that she wore it in the fall when she was 16months old, I added a picture of her wearing it, and she also wore it in the spring at 22 months. It still fits her now (28 months) but sleeves are slightly short on her
