Vionic INSPIRED flip flop sandal

NEVER been worn. Canvas pale blue with decorative buckle. Super flexible cushion feel flip flops. Ordered them online, they came and they are smaller than I had hoped. I wear size 8-8.5 and these fit more like size 7.5-8. Package says 40 but I don’t know what that means exactly or the label markings. This are not Vionic but similar.
