@mountaincowgirl - Hi there. I haven’t used it but the description on the website claims it minimizes wrinkles and diminishes dark circles. It’s suppose to be very hydrating so it plumps and firms as well which would help but it doesn’t necessarily claim it’s for puffy eyes. I hope that helps.
