The handles are double strap handles - non adjustable and non detachable. Strap drop varies slightly between bags. It seems to be between 11” and 12.5”. My measurements of the tote are approximately 14.5” high x 14.5” wide x 5.75” deep. There is a zip closure pocket on the outside front and open pocket on the outside back. It has 6 open lining pockets in the inside compartment. The compartment zips closed. All the fabric on the inside and out is the satin type fabric. This is an amazing multi purpose tote.
