3_forever I personally do a #'s system, especially when I know the item is no longer available in the store. My goal is to never go under 50%, that's the last discount. The only time I discount shipping is if I am selling at my target rate of 70% or a customer is purchasing a bundle (3 or more items).I hope this helps you to understand that I am not being difficult, but operating according to my business plan.
