NWT Over The Knee Thigh High Boots w/ elastic band

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sarajjj. I REALLYYYY LOVE THESE BOOTS & WISH I could wear them, but unfortunately they DON'T FIT ME the way I wanted them to! ☹ I have very THIN legs & these boots fit LOOSELY on me, NOT the look I was going for! I wanted boots that fit me SKIN TIGHT & are FORM FITTING against my legs all the way up, but these boots are loose on me + HAS AN ELASTIC BAND 2 ALLOW 4 EVEN MORE STRETCH if u needed it!
