ssharon How are you doing? I have been meaning to get with you. But I have a lady who gets me way down on my prices and drives me nuts! One item is at my other home it’s a $9 tube top and she wants me to go to our country house to ship it out to tomorrow. My husband said cancel the order. I gave her a option I’ll give her $9 refund or cancel the order. Girl she has probably $500 worth of clothing Im making $77 and have to give her back $9 lol and she’s complaining grrr

ssharon @lamilongera She is very persistent to say it nicely. But I need to refund her and I don’t know how to refund so I have to look it up. I’m doing pretty good and I’m crocheting again. It’s very hard one handed but I’m challenging myself. I’m making a baby blanket for my new niece once she gets pregnant I’ll put the appropriate color around the edge of the blanket.

ssharon I see you have been going to your favorite spots. You have some more really nice items. I will be sharing them. We decided we will go see this builder in a few months if we can sell one of our rentals. The tenant is moving out end of March buying a home so we will build our final home.

ssharon I told my husband I want a two bedroom two bath and huge closet for me and separate for him lol and great room with open floor plan from kitchen to great room. Big washroom with a dog bath and table to blow dry. Bathrooms will have walk in showers and a wheelchair can easily fit in them. I’m planning ahead and want things easy to clean and simple one story. I told him he can build his building and have his man cave out there but leave my house alone lol.

ssharon I have been working on one bedroom at both homes as I’m redecorating and they will look really good and staged for selling. It all depends on these idiots in office and if housing doesn’t tanker again. But we want to sell our properties to pay cash for our last forever home. We have 15 acres so we will clear about 2 acres and the rest let the wildlife live. As everyone is selling land and poor deer and critters have no place to go anymore it’s so sad.
