Unique wrap blouse with small bow tie at neckline. V-neck. Will not come undone while wearing because the two front panels are hemmed together at the bottom. Textured cotton-poly blend. Long sleeves with cute ties and key hole at the cuffs. Black fabric with floral print - the flowers look like magnolias with dark green leaves, and have other bright green foliage as well. Tag says XL but runs like a S. Pit to pit is 18”, flares to 21” across at bottom. Shoulder to bottom hem (length) is 23”.
