Fun party dress that is comfortable enough to also wear to the beach. Color is a deep cobalt blue moving toward a purple. This top layer is sheer. The underpayment is a copper color. Sequin and embroidered detail throughout the dress. Some of the embroidery is fraying slightly in spots. I actually think it was like this to some extent when I bought it as I think this is made from old sari material. I tried to show some of this in the photos. Bust 17” Waist 14” and is elastic and stretches. Empire waist. Roughly 34” from top of bodice.
