BEAUTIFUL BLUE HIGH LOW SMOCKED TUBE TOP STRAPLESS DRAWSTRING TIE TIERED DRESS

This is a really cute dress I got and just never ended up wearing. It has a smocked bust line with cut out straps in the back and a flowey Mid length with a drawstring tie in the back. Pretty sure it’s a FreePeople Dupe but the fabric is pretty nice and it’s a beautiful flowey dress. Size small.
