Vintage Sima International 100% Olive Green Wool Feather Felt with Leather and fabric Trim Size Small. Tag says feather felt. There are no feathers. There is a black leather (?) band and over that there is a colorful striped fabric trim tied on with leather. Unique, interesting, handsome fedora hat. Excellent vintage condition. Some slightly darkened areas on colorful striping that are so subtle they are hard to photograph. No rips or tears.
