It is a regular woman's size small; not a petite sized dress and I am selling it for that reason (an awkward fit for a 5'1" lady). Rich colors of blues, greens and purple. Some of the leaves are roughly edged to make them "pop" with a 3-D look. This dress even has pockets! Polyester, rayon and spandex. Hand wash or dry clean.
