This is the Dark Cabaret High Vest from Lip Service’s Tarts in Tartan line. It has black ruffle trim, and a large keyhole opening. It is labelled a XL, but seems to run small. It is in very good condition, but has some light fading and a little piling. I do have pets. I try to keep my items clean and in a separate room, but there may be stray hairs.
