Vintage cocktail dress with rhinestone straps riches dress with flower chiffon

Pretty iridescent opalescent rhinestone straps on this great vintage cocktail dress. Featuring figure-hugging ruching in all the right places and a great chiffon flower with blue piping on the edges. Zip up the back, walking slit on the bottom of the skirt. Fits size 7 /8 *note that there are a couple rhinestones missing in the straps. not very noticeable - see the photo
