Soft cotton dress, but quite short and may be better suited as a tunic depending on your height and comfort level. The yellow color is gorgeous and the ruffled 'collar' adds a touch of uniqueness. This item can be dressed up or down and adapted to all seasons which makes it pretty amazing in my book!
