Super cute, flattering waist belt. ***Puckering on inside of belt.*** Never worn, but just the puckering from age. Adjustable: 3 notches on each side so should be able to fit a 25 through a 27.5 inch waist. (Meant to sit around the small of the waist.) Unique closure - closes on two sides as opposed to the usual buckle in the middle. No tags or brand or size inside. But I’m pretty sure it was express and I cut off the tag and never ended up wearing it.
