Formal Red evening dress sleeves

NWT - Deep red chiffon dress with appliqué details with mini red beads to give a little shimmer. 1/2 length lace sleeves. Please look at last pictures posted on how to measure and the measurement chart. My dresses sometimes run smaller than other designers. If you are using the laying flat method, bust armpit to armpit, remember you will need to double that number before trying to locate your size on the chart. The chart is for your full circumference.
