@aimee_zed hi! thank you for your inquiry. I am not sure... I bought them for me, I am 7.5 but they are massive. I even thought they were men when I got them cause they are chunky and big.

My husband is a 7.5, he tried them and they are big on him. He tried them without the inserts.
